Our Mission

TechRateHub exists to give you honest, thorough, and practical tech reviews. We believe buying gadgets shouldn't feel like a gamble. Our goal is to test products the way you'd use them—in the real world—and report back with clear pros, cons, and recommendations so you can spend your money wisely.

How We Test Products

We don't just unbox and skim specs. Every product we review goes through a structured testing process. For full details, see our Testing Methodology page.

• Extended use: We use each product for at least two weeks, often longer for laptops and phones.
• Real-world scenarios: Battery tests, camera tests in different light, performance under typical workloads.
• Comparison: We compare against similar products so you know how it stacks up.
• Objective metrics: Where it makes sense, we include benchmarks and measurable results.

We buy many of the products we review with our own budget. Some are loaned by manufacturers or purchased through affiliate programs. Either way, our opinions are our own—we never promise positive coverage in exchange for access.

Editorial Policy

Integrity is non-negotiable. Our full Editorial Policy explains how we stay independent; in short:

• We never allow advertisers or partners to dictate review scores or content.
• We clearly disclose when we use affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Affiliate income helps us buy more gear and keep the site running—it does not change what we say.
• We correct errors promptly and note major updates at the top of reviews.
• We tell you when we recommend something and when we don't—and why.
